No, this is not a scam and you won’t get ripped off. We are online advertisers on social media platforms. We use Facebook accounts to setup our own paid advertisements. We take our own financial risks using our own money.
We will never have or ask you for your Facebook password; therefore, we can’t login to your account. We are using your Facebook ad account which has a separate login than your actual personal Facebook account, which again means we can’t and wont have access to your personal Facebook account.
Prior to the 2016 election, businesses had unlimited ad accounts per business manager to test advertising. Due to the fake foreign accounts interfering in U.S. elections, FB limited ad accounts to five per business manager. This is simply not enough anymore to test and advertise. More important, it is against FB terms of agreement to create fake accounts. FB will ban and shutdown fake accounts. We follow the rules with real accounts to test and advertise according to advertising policies. Unlike illegit advertisers, we don’t have the time to create new accounts and do a years worth of activity on them, we’d rather rent from you. Besides, it’s unethical and we play by the rules.
